Almost so tannic it’s bubbly—almost. Dry and oaky at the same time. This French Red will wash your mouth away. A little lite, strong, heavy on the forehead—so strong that you can feel it in your nose after every sip. Taken properly with cheddar & olive oil, but that still was not enough for this tannic attack!
